Second of all, the big problem with this Transformers trailer is the same problem with all of the Transformers movies. Not enough actual Transformers and way too much of humans I really don't care anything about

People have been saying that the movies suck due to the lack of reference to the source material, but technically the films are creating their own source material. I like the direction that they are going in And let me just say: that Megatron looks awesome! I really dig his look in this and hopefully he can have a larger and more crucial role in this. Optimus seems to have some red on his head when he's going against Bumblebee. It could be related to Prime's behaviour and the reason for his purple eyes. Can't wait until we see some more stuff!

Since?

And the bots have progressively been getting more screen time. Plus, I'm glad we're gonna have Wahlberg with Lennox and Epps. Those are 3 good humans for the films and, without Cade's daughter, will be a bit more focused then sporadic human-wise.

Yeah it will be a good trio and the young girl hopefully does a good job.
I didn't mind Cades daughter...until her boyrfriend got introduced and it got all "here's a Texas law that says I can hang her because she under age"...yikes...

I have faith that Isabella's character will be a good one. And that is a great trio, and I didn't like the boyfriend that much (reminded me a bit of a couple of my sister's ex's, and where I come from 2 of them would be scrap if I saw them again)

I hope so. I'd rather have a badly done Unicron (a la Galactus in FF2) than poopy characters like the Quintessons.Stuartmaximus wrote:Unicron'sRodimus Prime wrote:Optimus won't turn evil. It'll be like Hulk was in Age of Ultron and he'll be under someone's control.
I don't follow that logic. You'd rather they go for an interesting character that they can ruin instead of lousy characters that are already beyond ruining?Rodimus Prime wrote:I hope so. Of course I don't want Unicron ruined. And considering the movie universe's track record regarding the ruination of characters, it's a high probability that if new characters appear they will be grossly misused. My point was that the Quintessons are so loathsome to me that even a badly characterized Unicron would be preferred to them. But since the "creators" were not only mentioned but partially shown in Age of Extinction, I think sadly the Quints are coming.Sabrblade wrote:I don't follow that logic. After all this time, and how bad AoE was, I admit, I'm in the same boat as you Dude.
