Transformers: The Last Knight - Rumour: Possible New Hound Alt Mode

Via the Facebook page/community Transformers Cars, we have a look at a military vehicle which closely resembles Hound from Age of Extinction - though a little more trim. Indication that this may be a new alt-mode for the John Goodman character in The Last Knight come from the logo on the side of the vehicle, and the Decepticon-esque badges on the door. Check them out below, and speculate away in the Energon Pub!

Not a really drastic change is it really but I like it.

Also beards have been part of transformers since G1 so it's far too late to complain about it now.

If I recall correctly, putting on scratched-out symbols of your enemy to signify how many you've killed is a thing in some military installations. It was the reasoning behind the first Titanium Megatron having three Autobot symbols.

I would have been disappointed if my favorite scene stealing "fat ballerina" didn't return. I just hope he doesn't get killed off. It would be nice to have a new core group of at least OP, Bee, and Hound.

Kinda neat having a non-medic character turn into a medic vehicle; no need for that to line up 100% of the time.

I'm just happy to have more recurring TFs - killing off the portly, bearded, gregarious gun-nut Leadfoot between DotM and AoE only to be replaced by the portly, bearded, gregarious gun-nut Hound seemed like a bit of a waste. (I suppose we could also match up Crosshairs to Sideswipe, and Drift to Dino/Mirage).

Well, at least the characters are getting somewhat new alt-modes. Guess Hasbro learned that designing the same character design is a little boring. Bumblebee being confirmed to come back isn't exactly a confirmation. Everybody knows that Bumblebee is an immortal Autobot that just keeps reappearing no matter what. Let the hive of Bee toys release!

Almost in animated movie two soldiers turned leader soldier Magnus turned leader when prime died Magnus became soldier again and horrid became leader

Well someone needs to fill in Ratchet's role Crosshairs would probably be too lazy, no one would trust an ex Decepticon like Drift to repair them and Bumblebee is Bumblebee.


I feel like if Hound did become a medic it's because no one else wants too.

The top claw actually clips in nicely, the bottom one falls out if you look at it funny :BANG_HEAD:
Not entirely accurate (as Bee's cannon in AOE is under his hand, not replacing it), but I still think it works

Bee's new alt mode is really cool looking. Yet another awesome Camaro!

And if that is Hound, wow. I loved the character and I'm happy he's coming back, but I kinda wish this was a new character to be Hound's buddy :MAXIMAL:

Glad to see Hounds back, loved that guy in AoE, was afraid he would die at the end of the movie.
