The horse, while not fully decomposed, is very visibly dead. Any attempts at beatings or other violence are unnecessary.

Hyperchange Optimus Prime is a fun figure, existing as a halfway point between One-Step Changers and Power Battlers. The figure while simple is dense and solid with plastic, giving it a heft that I've missed over the last few years. One flaw is the size doesn't make it optimal for desk toy status, but that shouldn't detract you from seeking this rolling power of awesomeness out!

I believe he's called Fracture and transforms into a motorbike. Instead of being an animal-con like the rest he comes with two animals Mini-Cons in the show. The disc is one of Drift's Mini-Cons I think
These pictures include, among others, a Minicon for Deployer Drift and Deployer Fracture

In-continuity namesakes become extremely common when Mini-Cons come into play. Look at Armada, Energon, Cybertron and especially within the Mini-Con Groups themselves.

At this point, I'm going to say that the only internal consistency with TF:RID is strictly with TF:Prime and NOTHING else. No comics, video games, packaging bios, pack-in stories, or ANYTHING ELSE ancillary to the TF:Prime cartoon. At best, I think the "aligned continuity" is proving just to be another continuity family with several different flavors involved (WfC/FoC games, versus novelizations, versus cartoon, versus toy fiction, versus whatever else). At worst, I think Hasbro just doesn't care, and spent a whole lot of time, energy, and money rebooting their Transformers brand continuity for the modern age to simply give up on it and not care a scant few years later. Long story short, don't try to make sense of any of it. Continuity only works for the aligned universe if you isolate the stories by media outlet (videogames, books, shows, etc.). Across media, the fiction doesn't complement itself.
