Neither. I thought so at first too, but then I took a look at the details poking out from BEHIND the pasted on decepticon symbol. I am about 80% sure that's Redemption/Salvation femdinobot Strafe's head

Apparently it did fool you, since you called it Silverbolt.Kurona wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:That's not Silverbolt.Kurona wrote:he's totally a Silverbolt retool you guys
Really? The torso mode could've fooled me
Kurona wrote:Did anyone at the panel explain why Hun-Gurrr's face is hidden? They surely can't have shown that without some sort of reference to it.

His being the surfboard for the Gorilla mode tricked us into thinking otherwise; but you can clearly see the cockpit of Primal's alt mode forming Optimal's chest; and the in-progress models show the rest of Primal's alt mode as a backpack. Proving this is that you can see the Matrix of Leadership in Optimal's chest and Primal's cockpit.

2. Talking of which: MATRIX OF FRIGGIN' LEADERSHIP! This also seems to confirm that Prime/Titan Masters can go in the cockpit; since the Matrix would itself be a Prime Master.

Kurona wrote:But what about Megatron, Arcee, Hound, Shockwave and Deathsaurus? How would they be done? Especially in the case of Arcee and Hound -- the rest you can easily imagine as big Leader-sized terrors and there's even precedent for that, but Arcee and Hound have consistently been portrayed as smaller characters. Would they have come up with brand new designs? Would they have gone with AOE/TLK Hound as the evolved form for Hound? Would Arcee basically become Elita?
Admittedly this probably doesn't matter as we'll likely never see the rest of the poll participants come about. But I'm still very curious now we've seen what the winner of the poll got.

Presumably the same way they'll get around the colour discrepancies between Primal's regular and Optimal forms - however that ends up being done. Bit of a non-answer isn't it, I don't even know why I chimed in now.
I'm quite curious about all the others too, though Magnus is still the main one I'd really be interested in seeing. The more I look at this Leader Optimus (Prime, not Primal, boy that's gonna get confusing), the less he looks like it'll be possible to do a decent Magnus out of him, which makes me a sad boy. For Arcee particularly though, I'd say all bets would've been off - we know now from Primal that the design team wouldn't have been afraid to totally ditch her regular alt-mode if they felt like they could integrate it better with something completely different. It certainly would've been interesting to see!

True, though Primal had a much bigger form that's fairly well known for Hasbro to fall back on. What would Arcee's Leader-class suit have been?
