Every time I see that shot my very first thought is a flashback to the moment Scorponok jumped out of Blackout's back in the 07 movie. I'm just waiting for TW Jr. to hop out of dad's back.
That last photo is the money shot for me. Far better proportioned. I'm also seeing a lot of hinges there, are they solely to fold the components up or is there more going on
Aren't we supposedly getting a whole smaller Tidal Wave? 1 that could be its own bot? So I assume he can transform.

Apparently the components that combine with Megatron do not transform or at the very least combine for the carrier mode.
Nice to finally see Wheeljack, looks good. Although my memory is a bit hazy on what his alt mode looked like, that front end feels kind of off somehow. Still plan to get him!
Tidal wave looks impressive but it's not one I'll buy, just have no connection to the character to warrant $200+.

The front end is much more prominent on the toy than it was in the pilot episode.

I can agree that it might not be worth $200, but I don't think any of the titans are. But this definitely looks closer in value than most of the others, especially The Ark or Nemesis. They're not bad, but nowhere near worth $200.

I've skipped the other Titans so far but I think this one will end up being my first!
I'm not attached to Armada so the gimmick with Megatron isn't important to me, though I'm sure I can use it for another figure at some point. The character just looks really cool in bot mode and I love all the options for alt mode. There aren't too many tfs with sea-related alt modes so I tend to gravitate towards the ones that do
I'm also excited to use this guy as the ship for the star seekers (raiders?) and be captained by Thundertron
And wondering if I should wait and see if this gets released in green
Patiently waiting for an updated TF:A-inspired quadruple-changing Shockwave in the generations toyline

A bit late to the party but here are my thoughts on the newest reveals:
- Origin Wheeljack looks very nice, despite the shellforming and chunky legs, I think they pulled off the idea pretty well. I generally prefer Earth vehicle modes over Cybertronian ones so I probably won't buy him, but it would be good if the next G1 Wheeljack toy takes at least some design cues from this mould. - Tidal Wave looks fantastic, and I'm definitely buying one. While it's a shame there's no Ramjet (I really hope Jolt and Wind Sheer aren't the only Mini-Cons we get) and the extra parts on Megatron look a bit goofy, this is still the most excited I've been for a Titan since Combiner Wars Devastator.

And that Tidal Wave looks awesome. Though it's pretty obvious there'll be no combo with Legacy Armada Megatron...

Look closer and you can see there are hands and feet on there. The smaller legs are on the back corner of the larger legs, the wings are attached directly to them, you can see them on Megatron's back. I'm guessing the arms are hidden in the arms.
I like the Origins WJ alt mode but not the chunky bot mode. I skipped on Jazz so I'll likely pass on this simply because I have no shelf space.
Tidal Wave is not for me, not into the designs of the Unicron Trilogy in general. And again, no shelf space. If I can squeeze out the space, I'll reserve it for Titan Nemesis anyway... but I'm still waiting for it to go on sale in Canada's Amazon/TRU. $300CDN + tax hurts my wallet too much.

Wheeljack is adorable, and I am glad to see the trio complete. I also appreciate that Bee can go inside him, and he has the racks for the rods. A very nice trio I look forward to completing.
Tidal wave looks incredible! They really did him justice, and they managed to do best of both worlds with combination and size! Love that he is the titan, he deserved it, and he looks fantastic.

Wheeljack looks awesome. I'm hoping that he won't be a nightmare to find though, especially since he doesn't have the Buzzworthy packaging. Hopefully Target won't just go "Eh, we have wave 1 voyagers and it's the same box" and not shelve him
I had a look at my pending Hasbro Pulse pre-orders today, and at the moment it says Thundertron, Tasmania and Tigerhawk are due to be shipped out next week! 22nd December to be exact, so they most likely won't arrive by Christmas, but between that, my Takara Beast Wars VS Tigatron and Blackarachnia set coming tomorrow, and a Studio Series 1986 Arcee I found for a good price on Ebay, that's a few nice things I have to look forward to within the next few days.

I got the notice from Amazon for Bouldercrash arriving Thursday. I have Megatron and Tasmanian Kid ordered, but I guess those aren't coming yet.

This is how Amazon ships things now, a figure here, a figure there.

I'm pretty sure they get solid cases of figures, it would explain why releases from a wave can come weeks apart I would think if they had all of these figures from the same order at the same time they'd send them out at the same time too. I've been avoiding pre-orders with Evolution, but seeing as how most places had Core back down to $10 instead of $11 or $12 I went with it.
The Transformers Team over on the Hasbro Pulse YouTube channel decided to have a little fun between BMac, Evan and Mark and do a sort of sports style "toy draft" picking their favorite figures of 2023 without duplicating picks for their "teams". They're picks were broken down by class as well as a wild card pick in no specific order. While mostly just something done for fun it did include quite a bit of banter between the three that has given us some insight into what we might find in the future as well as insight into the design process of figures they chose.
- It doesn't sound like they're working on a blue G2 Grimlock... yet. - There was a brief, not by name mention of Dino King when talking about Core Scarr - They actually called Nemesis "dommy mommy"... (Link is at least visually safe for work.) - They said they have way more female characters than most people know about. Not sure if that meant to pick from or in the works. - Apparently Takara gave the go ahead for SS86 Rumble and Frenzy to get their cartoon colors matched to their names (RiBFiR) after Siege went the other way (seemingly at Takara's request). - Mark actually said Ultra Magnus has been under represented leading to the SS86 figure. - Mark used some of Aaron Archer's original concept art when designing Commander Class Armada Optimus Prime. - Mark was also the one that got Buzzworthy Tow-Line made. - They joke about only making 4 SS86 Dinobots. They must hear that alot. - Lots of gushing over Retro reissue pink Hot Rod and praise for that line in general. - Mark actually went to a dump and waste management site for inspiration with Trashmaster (who was named by their copy editor). - Tease more Insecticon repaints (but definitely no more Dinobots).
It's a little telling that while they praised the Studio Series line, most of their picks came from Legacy. Was there anything big that was missed? Let us know in the Seibertron Energon Pub forum!

My Magneous and Thundertron arrived sunday, and my Prime, Chase, and boulderclash arrived yesterday, still waiting on the rest to ship, and also still need to open the shipping boxes

Ah, men of culture I see.
No joke though, if I had bought the Nemesis my head-canon personality for her would've been a cutesy anime girl who doesn't really like fighting and treats the other Transformers like kittens or puppies ("OMG SO CUTE!!!" for example), in complete juxtaposition to everything else about her. I've decided I want Tidal Wave more than the Nemesis so I likely won't get her, but it's still funny to think about.
