Nova Storm

Sunstorm
Thundercracker

Via TFWiki, here is the list of every named Seeker to date. Nineteen, in total. As for the question. One, would you like them all to be represented by a figure?
Yes, especially Sunstorm. The ER voyager mold is so good, it needs to have as many uses as possible.
would you buy this many mold variants?
Yes, but only if I knew it wouldn't be a total hassle getting them. Like with the ER 2-pack and Thrust. That sucked. I got them any way, because they're original G1 characters who actually got screen and page time, whereas the others were just in the background with no lines, but if they were all on the shelf in front of me and I had the money, yes I would get them all.
Personally, I love army builders but I don't know if the Seekers would qualify? :-?
To me they do. And they're even better, because they're all different colors.

If you enjoy something that much, and it is not a financial burden, I say go for it. I mean Combiners are my favorite aspects of Transformers. Between CW, PotP, UW, Selects and all kinds of exclusives, several of those molds were repainted and retooled more than a dozen times! And while most fans thought it was egregiously repetitive, I enjoy every one of them. It's just "my jam" ;)^ .

I'm certain many fans would love to see every variant of seeker get made. The same can be said of every variant of every cassette minion from Soundwave and Blaster get made as well. Selects has a deep well to pull from, with minimal cost if Hasbro/TT really think about it.

I mean really, if Hasbro released through Selects say 3 seekers per year (approximately one every 4 months), Two of those cassette 4 pecks per year (one every 6 months), and TT Selects released one New combiner per year (as in all new, not the upgraded ones that are coming), they would be set for the next 4-5 years at least just on those concepts alone.
Bucket/Want List: Botcon 2016 Customization Class Ratchet (G2 Deco), or Customization Class Ratchet (Marvel Comics Deco) **would also be willing to pay for an Unpainted Botcon 2016 Ratchet, TT Legends Fortress Head (only) with working Electronics

Wish List of Modern Combiners: Road Caesar, Monstructor & Dinoking (proper size to fiction), Landcross, Guard City, Battle Gaia, & G2 Defensor. Wish List of Titans:Metrotitan,Majin Zarak

All of this. If Hasbro/Takara would use either Siege or ER for the Seekers cause I like them both then make the cassettes Siege/Netflix Soundwave compatible since I'm still praying for a Blaster retool, and then keep the CW/UW/PotP combiner ports for the combiners, well I'd buy them all. Literally every single one.

I never used to see the appeal of mold variants. Until I finished the Wolfang/K-9 mold. Then I finished the Cybershark mold and then the BM Jetstorms and Universe Cyclonus'. There is something that looks really cool visually with so many iterations of the same thing with just enough different to be something new.

It brings to mind the mass-produced concept I liked, of Transformers being constructed. Not "born" from pods, Sparks etc

If we got a Nacelle then I'd love to get a retool where the wings are on 5mm posts and it'd come with a pair of the original seeker wings, and a pair of Thrust wings so you could have either variant, plus that version could then be used for Slipstream in reference to the Windblade retool from Legends, or give fans a design closer to her original design

I want a Slipstream so bad so could be a lazy repaint of Thrust with a new head and I'd be all over that in heartbeat. I keep meaning to buy the Cyberverse version so I have a Slipstream at all.

Same  I plan on getting the rumored G2 Ramjet and pretending that it's her until we either get an actual Generations Slipstream, or I secure the Legends version for a decent price

Yeah, Nacelle's a lucky generic to have receibed two different body-types to his name.

Via TFWiki, here is the list of every named Seeker to date. Nineteen, in total. As for the question. One, would you like them all to be represented by a figure? Given some sets have already been represented separately in SIEGE and Earthrise. Part two of the question, would you buy this many mold variants?
Do I want them all to be made? Absolutely, I can't think of a single character in the franchise off the top of my head that I actively think doesn't deserve to get a figure/update if they have yet to already. Would I personally buy them all? Absolutely not, but that's just down to my personal preference. I have zero interest in "completing" the Seekers, just getting the ones that appeal to me. Currently I have 5/8 of the released Siege Seekers and 2/7 of the released ER Seekers, but if they make Bitstream, Nacelle, Slipstream, and Sunstorm, I'm all in on them (although hopefully Bitstream and Sunstorm at least are from the awesome Siege mold instead of the boring ER mold, I agree Nacelle is probably gonna have to be from the ER mold to be accurate to his proper form).

That list is also technically missing some of the Seeker decos people are hoping for, as it's missing same-character repaints like Shattered Glass and G2 decos (some of which are rumored/leaked to be coming), but my personal policy of picking and choosing would still apply to those options as well.

AllNewSuperRobot wrote:Personally, I love army builders but I don't know if the Seekers would qualify?
I personally am not into buying multiples of the same exact figure to have multiple Reflectors or whoever, all of the figures I have are separate individuals. Shared bodytypes/repaint characters are cool though when done well, so I have zero issues with Seekers because they're all different characters (or if they're same-character repaints, they're at least easy to repurpose into being separate characters).

Well, we have 12 of those seekers down in WFC, and I honestly would not mind completing the seeker cast so to speak. The Seeker Armada is an awesome concept, and despite all usually looking alike they have bonkers colors and even new wing configurations, so I am OK with it.

I doubt it, it sounds like it is specifically for the character of Deep Cover, not a zombie army builder. I think it's either masterpiece or earth-mode.
