Great question. Without character biases, here are the choices:

1.Harrier Jet
2.Fighting Falcon
3.Helicopter
4.Lamborghini
5.Porsche
6.Formula-1 Racer
7.Truck/SUV
8.SAWT/Jeep
9.Tank
10. Motorcycle
11.Space Shuttle

I know some fans don't like the heavy reuse, and I understand why. But I think it is pretty amazing so much use came from nine molds developed by Hasbro, and two by TT.

Interesting discussion here. My favourite limb is also Swindle/Hound. It just works so well in every mode. My second favourite would be Dragstrip, followed by First Aid. I am not too fond of the helicopter because of how the rotors and the piece that connects them doesnt go anywhere in arm mode. And neither to the arms, they just stick out randomly. I like the jets in arm and leg mode (and robot mode, why not) but I just find them so unimaginative in design. They all have the same meat and potatoes transformation and I hate all that undercarriage in jet mode. They all look chubby, nothing is sleek. Oddly enough, because the Concord mode is so much wider, the fact that it has a whole robot underneath it doesnt make it look fat. And I like how the legs tab in. So while it has its faults, I really like the silverbolt torso. But I also like Onslought (who also has his faults, like the lack of retooling for the knee lights).

Its really hard to say which is the best in Combiner Wars since they all have their pros ad cons. But in the end, the best combienr to have is the one with the most variety, so Computron and Bruticus are more fun than the rest for me.

Do you use the arms to hold the chopper blades like this? I find it the best way to do the combiner mode and I really like the look. Here it is on Vicky:

Weird as it sounds I actually kind of like that the arms have nowhere to go in arm mode for the helicopter mold because it means I've got a lot of options to differentiate them (especially since my three combiners are Defensor, Bruticus and Victorion who all have copter arms).

i bend the helicopter arms so the missiles are facing down the arm, giving him arm missiles. But I have the upper arms up towards the top of the copter so the missiles don't overhang the elbow and obstruct the elbow movement.

And the rotor blades get tucked between the tail fins.

Combiner Wars Computron Discounted At TJ Maxx, Titans Return at Marshall's

Postby Va'al » Mon Nov 14, 2016 11:31 am

Motto: "Till All Are Pun!"
We have an update on the TJ Maxx and discounts on the Generation Combiner Wars box sets, as previously reported for G2 Menasor (and Superion) here. Fellow fansite TFormers' user M-A-K has found a Computron set for the same price of $39.99. Also, it appears that in keeping with previous trends, Marshall's is joining in with some discounted Titans Return figures too!

Have you come across any of these deals yourself? Have you found other discounted lines anywhere? Join the discussion in the Energon Pub and let us know!

No luck with computron at 4-5 stores over the weekend. Hope this is real. Wonder if HTS will also drop the price like it did for the g2 sets.

I'm actually more curious about the TR figures, those are brand new, wave two hasn't even shown up in some retail areas of the U.S. yet, to have them in Market 6 stores already is quite confusing. If I saw leaders at Marshalls or TJ Maxx I'd definitely snatch them since I've been waiting for the prices to go down at normal retail chains.

Wha wha whaaat?

I need Computron in my life like right now. I found G2 Menasor at my Marshalls in Peoria, Illinois. They had 4 of them when I bought mine on 11.11.16. I saw no TF Returns figures of any kind and no Superion. My TJ Maxx is a joke, but they have not put out all of their toys yet like Marshalls. I'm hoping the tables go up soon and I can find a Computron. I like my Menasor, but dang why didn't Hasbro fix mold issues by this point. My hips are fine, but Blackjack will not slide onto pegs in Motromaster's chest plate...that really sucks. The colors on the G2 pop and I'm happy with this $40 purchase. I have seen nothing at my local Ross stores either. We have two of those and toy setup for Christmas has also been a joke.

I have UW Computron, but at $40, I'd still pick this set up, just for the variety.

Too bad the Marshalls near me doesn't carry toys :(

Yea anything from TR at Marshalls/TJMaxx strikes me as odd given how current they are. In any case, has this and Computron been confirmed as true? Is it just me, or are all the forums just reposting the original story? And I don't recall seeing a pic with a receipt, though I wasn't paying that much attention...

Yeah, got it ;) I agree.

Well, I googled it, and apparently, we DO have TK Maxx!! Never ever heard of them, but there's one pretty close in Heerlen, and also a bit further in Germany, Aachen! Sadly, you can't see what they have online...
Can you call them and ask?

Don't blame you - I barely recall them existing here until we found out about that £13 Sky Lynx.
From what I've heard the stock can vary greatly depending on the store; I guess it's just up for luck. Sky Lynx, CW boxsets, random Legends Class dudes, RiD 2015 deployers, Titans Return Leaders - it's pretty much a random grab-bag. I suppose you might be able to call the individual store itself and ask, but it doesn't exactly seem like they stock toys in the typical sense; just take on residual stock from elsewhere and price it according to what they think it's worth. Still, wouldn't hurt to try, right?

Yes it's pretty Random the toys come in a cage or black plastic boxes of random stuff. heck the same toy can come in more than once and be a different price each time too - for example when I bought Blaster he was £24.99 and yet the Combiner Wars Leader Thundercracker they have at the moment is £29.99
