Well, the first issue is you're an Autobot.
Check with Seibertron himself. Last I knew he was in charge.

Crystal wise, I ended up getting almost 3000 3* shards (I'm close to another 3*) and I got 400 4* shards. I'm only about 300 away from my first 4* Crystal made from shards!

It'll be a dupe.

Opening of Crystals Information
Pull/Pop = Clicking the crystal you want to open in the space bridge.
I have found BIG success in popping my Crystals this way.
After purchasing a character bundle, head to the space bridge.
***If you have a free crystal pop this to start.***
STEP #1: Once you claim your prize, watch for the camera to zoom out a little bit and then stop.
STEP #2: Once the camera has stopped moving backwards, start a slow count. Count to 5-15 in your head, then pop your next crystal.
STEP #3: Once the character has been revealed, claim your reward from duplicate bot or new bot, and then repeat step #1.
***NOTE: While counting in your head, vary the times. Count to 6 one time, count to 10 the next time, count to 5 etc. This will allow the random number generator (which I believe is the main code for crystal popping) to change a bit.***
This is my theory, and I have been using this the past 3-4 weeks. I have pulled Megatron 4*, Skywarp 4*, Scourge 4*, Viper 4*, Skrapnel 4*, Kickback 4*, Nightbird 4*, as well as many 3* bots I did not have.
***NOTE: If you notice a particular bot showing 2-3 times, take a little break. I usually wait 30-60 seconds. Again, this process is to stir up the Random Number Generator, and give you a better shuffle of Bots.
***DO NOT BUY PACKS BACK TO BACK. If you are purchasing Character bundles and wish to purchase multiple bundles, wait 1-3hrs before purchasing another bundle. You should get a better shuffle by doing this also.***
My Theory explained deeper.
RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR (RNG in coding terms) INFO.
Space Apes (like many other Devs in these style games) probably used RNG. It is super easy to implement as most coding language have an easy way of "calling" an RNG into code. The RNG is usually time based to give the illusion that you have Drop Rate percentages. RNG will spit out a number that the coders have a little control over (a number between 1 and 3 or a number between 1 and 10,000+). Once RNG has come up with a number (ie: 1.4326693 or 2.145721577 etc), it is rounded to the nearest whole Number. Usually +1 is added to this final number so there is not a Zero spit out and they have their 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 to deal with. So, this will give Space Ape a nice whole number to use.
ARRAY (Usually consists of 2 Numbers)
Arrays are calls/modules used by coders. In this part SA can randomly generate as many numbers as they like, but I believe it is 2 that they are generating. One Number is for star value, the other number is the Bot. Here is what an array would look like.
[1,1] Scrapper
[1,2] Headstrong
[1,3] Kickback
[1,4] Skywarp
etc
See how the array has 2 numbers. First number is star value, second number is Bot to display.
Now, SA saying Drop rates have increased. This is how the array could look.
[1,1] Scrapper
[1,2] Scrapper
[1,3] Scrapper
[1,4] Headstrong
[1,5] Kickback
[1,6] Skywarp
Notice the difference in Scrapper being added to the array more? This would increase the chances of Scrapper being "pulled".
An array can be endless. You notice this simetimes in the spacebridge as sometimes there is a longer pause before displaying the bot that was "Pulled". This tells me that the numbers generated are in a BIG Array. This led me to investigate this further, and this is what I came up with.
Manipulate RNG, and you will have better success with the money you spend. Take care, and good luck at the Space Bridge!
