Bruticus is wielding Shockwave in a gun mode (a la "The Revenge of Bruticus"), but which cannot be achieved with the actual toys.Nemesis Primal wrote:What's goin' on with Shockwave and Bruticus in that second-to-last picture?

Shockwave is showcasing his fourth mode: an artillery cannon which is just a reversed Gerwalk mode. Bruticus wields him akin to a scene in the G1 cartoon, except he does so willingly.

So this is like Sixshot's "Wingwolf" mode, Ovelord's combined jet mode, or Black Zarak's "Daikatsu" (sp?) mode, then? Something made up for the fiction by fiddling around with the toy, but is (probably) not in the instructions?

Va'al wrote:Last we saw of Takara Tomy's Transformers Cloud storyline, we had some teasing allusions to the inclusion of more toys into the exclusive repaint/repurpose line. The Takara Tomy website has of course been updated fairly regularly with new installments of the story itself, though all in Japanese, including new artwork by Nagi Miyako - and another chapter recently went up! Check out a recap of all the images below, featuring Generations toys from Perceptor to Bruticus, and the Beast Wars cast, as Shockwave (a redeco of Whirl) battles Rodimus (a redeco of Springer) and head here for the text!
