As previously said, comparing hasbro and Takara is a fool's errand. They are both drastically different in terms of how they operate, their reach, their corporate structure and their competition. Takara's tfs face stiff competition in Japan, the land of transforming mechas, so it's no wonder why their products come out the way they do.
There is no fact other then that we, the consumer is the true winner here. Depending on your collection style, you'll have different prefences and wants, so either Takara or hasbro (or both if you want to put powerglide and alpha bravo in a g1 toon accurate superion instead of slingshot). So you may feel like one has the advantage over the other but it's far from fact as each to their own.
Take me for example, I think the unite warriors are quite nice but I'm more than happy with the hasbro ones and I appreciate that they are doing new things with the characters. This is also my reasoning why I love IDW, Autobot Megatron? Sign me up!
So for me, hasbro has beat Takara.
Also About Deluxe Groove, The Deco Is probably a exclusive, meaning all Hasbro have to do is slap A toy accurate colour scheme (or something close to it) and they are good to go.
With Takara and Hasbro, it's best to just see them as shades of grey.
