One question though.

How does the tail-fin for Blast-off end up on his back, if it starts on the back of the legs?

It seems it's gotta scooch right up the torso and flip around to the other side on the way, presumably becoming part of a completely different parts assembly.

Does it just un-peg and plug back in elsewhere?

Wow, Blast Off looks surprisingly crummy, and Swindle's vehicle mode suffers from forcing a purple hood where it isn't conducive. Really is a mixed bag to simulate a color pattern that was created entirely in the animation cheats/liberties of the show.

Because the animation model of Bruticus had feet that colour matched the the limb. Takara is toon accurate, so they did them that way.

Well...... I like the Swindle. And Onslaught's colors in alt mode. Otherwise, I'm not too keen on this. Blast Off shuttle looks better than our Blast Off... But doesn't really look like it fits the aesthetic of the rest of Combiner Wars. In my opinion.

Orange-off looks pretty crummy, shame TT couldn't get his colors to match the show, they went out of their way to force the deco onto the rest of bruticus

I like Blast Off, but the rest are pretty meh to my eyes, I'm not liking those decos. I'm glad I went with Hasbro versions. If they end up releasing the shuttle mold, I'll buy it.

Looks Amazing! Other than Blast Off I hadn't realized there would be so many differences between UW-07 & CW Bruticus.

Now why couldn't takara just put the hasbro colours on to their shuttle mould, it would look a lot better than what they went with which doesn't look cartoon arcuate at all.

It looks a lot better in those pictures. I do really like some of the colors. Brawl's head is so cool and 4 rotors are nice. Still good with my hasbro one, but I can appreciate what takara has done (Even to me if the Blastoff mold is a bit funky)

After seeing the comparisons I'm firmly giving Takara the win for this one. Blastoff aside the decos are much nicer on the unite warriors version. Hasbro isn't bad by any means but Takara just looks nicer.
