I dunno, probably the same thing that allows them to SNOOFENGLOOP on absolutely everything that's not some 3p, uber-G1-accurate, extravagance. Seriously, there's so much crap being slung towards hasbro - and even TT - and everything they do, that those of us that would like something that isn't G1, can't even get an opinion past without being direct.

But you're generalising. Yes, G1 is MY preferred period, but I like and appreciate nearly all the other eras, but if I had a preference, it's G1.

Why then, should I be mocked and ridiculed for that because of a small vocal minority?

Seriously, it's everywhere, what about all the rest of us, that want updated figures from our childhood? Haven't we glorified G1 enough? Even now, when you're getting all the combiners, and headmasters, and targetmasters, and titans - on top of everything else the generations line has yielded, it still isn't good enough! Maybe people want an amazing bw megs, or a poseable armada prime super mode, or another chance at rid super god convoy...

Then you need to talk to Hasbro. Why blame the G1 fans for the lack of new figures from other eras?

Now to put the Admin hat on, do not self censor yourself! I consider this a blatant attempt to bypass the swear filter and if you have to say SHIZZLESNIT then say SHIZZLESNIT and let the swear filter do it's job so I can get my lulz!

OK, it's time for headcanons and the likes with Anime Named Unification System, or for short-

Erm, anyway...

This one shall henceforth be known as "High-Speed Form Signal Dash". It allows for SPEEEEEEEEED, and also flashy lights thanks to the magic of clear plastic.

This one shall be named "Patrol Form Safeguard Striker". This form is the jack-of-all-trades, allowing for speed, endurance and firepower in one white and blue package.

This one I christen "Aerial Defence Form Sky Sabre". It grants extra close-quarter power and also enables him to flyyyyyyyyyyy.

And this one I like to call "Mobile Fortifictation Form Protect Gaia". I like to think this form allows him to channel his forcefield to absolute maximum.

Yeah, I watch far too much anime.

NICE!! So are they all 'ghost' characters, possessed cyclonus, ghost starscream, zombie breakdown (niche...), and some sort of ghost thrust? (is this from the fiction comics or something?), but who is roller? Like o/p's roller - I don't see a sigil, so maybe?

But, MAN, that is quite the exquisite effort put into this guy! From the clear starscream to the over-the-top deco work (the tiny thigh-wings on galvatronus, and most of roller), to the new head on thrust... definitely gonna have to pre-order this guy

I'm now more compelled to get this, but only for the individuals. I need that Starscream for my Starscream shrine shelf, Thrust to go with the Universe (2008) Hot Shot I don't have but wish I did and because I'm all about Armada homages (Titan-class Tidal Wave, PLEASE!!!), Breakdown to go with Knock Out (never did pick up the Arms Micron guy), and Roller to go with a potential IDW shelf I'm considering. Not sure where to stick Cyclonus, though: I'm perfectly happy with the Deluxe from years ago.

Seems to be ghostly/zombiefied/possessed

*Cyclonus was possessed by Starscream in the original cartoon.

*Starscream was a ghost.

*Breakdown was killed then zombified (sorta) by Silas and MECH, then accidentally vampirized.

*Thrust was associated with Unicron, who had a penchant for making deals with the dead and dying.

As for Roller, I've no clue.

Ever since a very small pictured surface online, fans have been speculating just which characters make up this elusive Galvatronus combiner. Did anyone get it completely right? No, but a few members were correctly pointed out. Now here is the full reveal.









UW 06 Grand Galvatron is made up of the following characters from random various parts of the Transformers fiction:

Tactician Cyclonus: a redeco of the Cyclonus with a metallic purple deco for robot mode and jet mode but a Gavtaron G1 toy deco for the torso.



Ghost Starscream: a redeco of the Skydive made entirely of clear plastic with a new head.



Curse Armada Thrust: a redeco of Air Raid with a new head.



Zombie War Break Down: a redeco of Offroad meant to be the zombified Prime Breakdown.



Wanda ring Wandering Roller: a redeco of Rook meant to be autobot Roller who wandered into the wrong dimension at the wrong time, as the fiction states on Takaratomymall.



This mish mash of a combiner does have it's own accompanying fiction which can be found in the toy's listing at Takaratomymall.

It is available for sale on the site tomorrow (December 8th) for ￥16,200 and will be released April 30th 2016.

This is a Takaratomymall exclusive with no limits which means that anyone outside japan will be getting this combiner through an eventual Hasbro Asia release which your favourite online retailer will most likely be carrying. As tradition goes, that version will be slightly more expensive but also come with a coin, which this TTMall exclusive does not have. Be on the lookout on your favourite retailers for when the Hasbro Asia version will be available.

Man this thing is all over the board. Only one I'm WTF about is Roller, as he seems really out of place.

It's really neat, I like what they did with the molds and characters. Casting Silverbolt/Cyclonus's gun in translucent orange to emulate Galvatron's arm cannon was brilliant. But on the whole I have no need for this set. No disrespect to anybody who wants it, though.
