I am not too happy that it is costing way more to get the Deluxe Groove mold than any other mold so far. Sorry to be such a debbie downer but I still find it's exclusivity to Takaratomy mall in the japanese market to be such an odd choice for a product of the main UW line.

Weird.
To a kid, vehicles meant to hold one person at a time are smaller than vehicles meant to hold multiple people at a time, but the vehicles of that latter category can all be the same size regardless of how differently-sized they are in real life (i.e. - a space shuttle vs. a Jeep)
Yay! I contributed something useful!
It's true - some of the mass shifting was just easier to swallow than othersEven I winked at a Space shuttle turning into an 'arm' sized attachment to a missile trailer in Bruticus. I laughed at ALL the Cons fitting inside Astrotrain in the 85 movie, but didn't make much of a fuss over it. And I thought it merely an odd paradox that broadside turns from an aircraft carrier INTO a jet...
Wizard!

And yeah at one point, back in 2007, I too was sucked into similar conversations.
Just figured by now that would be a buried horse.
Almost as funny as this forum member who seriously attacked me and others about how stupid it was to speculate/discuss Hasbro ever releasing deluxe-sized seekers since they had been at Botcon...
Boy, he showed us... We were all IDIOTS!!!!
Anyway, just wanted to voice my surprise that people haven't been more excited about the Unite Warriors Stunticons...
I know it's not new news.
However, most of those characters haven't been given solid, non-exclusive or non-third-party dues as figures.
Offroad isn't a Sunticon, and imo, the deco's of the Unite versions are much much better.
Motormaster and Dragstrip alone were enough for me to buy.
Again, just my opinion, but Hasbro's Dragstrip is not good... The yellow-orange is not great, and the red-violet is just too much... I think I may have been okay if it were true purple... But when you look at that color (which I would almost call "Raspberry) next to purple,
again, I just can't stand it. It almost looks like it's a mistake.
Anyone else agree that this set is better than Hasbro's offerings and worth the extra $$$?

If you don't own one then go for it. If you already have the Hasbro ver, well do a "Two-face" if you can't decide.

With such being the case with the Airbots, I don't see why the Stuntrons wouldn't.Sowndwave76 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:We've seen Superion's packaging - http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/takaratomy-transformers-unite-warriors-uw01-superion-in-box/32997/Sowndwave76 wrote:Is there any word on the packaging for the Unite Warriors line?

Okay, so next question:
Think the Stunticons will be packaged in alt modes as well???

Yes, for sure.
