Possibility? No sir, reality! The pages - currently still in Japanese - show off Minerva, Godbomber, part of the Grand Galvatron and Megatronia teams - and the possibility for Godbomber to combine with those Combiner Wars / Unite Warriors limbs!

I suppose in that they share unique alt-mode shapes with combiner limbs we have yet to get - it would certainly go some way in explaining the rather random inclusion of Twinferno in the line.

Apex Armor will be the same as Godbomber (with more decos and guns, like Magnus Prime) in one of those boxsets, we will just wait soon until the final wave of Titan Return is released
Meant to come in and clear this up but WeatherManNX01 pretty much nailed it, so thanks for the assist!WeatherManNX01 wrote:Kurona wrote:RiddlerJ wrote:What does he mean "design cues on Doublecross and Weirdwolf"?

Given how the current team at Hasbro has noted that they're thinking ahead as they design figures, it is conceivable that this is the case.
And when I look at the Titans Return beast figures, I can see where chest pieces could be replaced with combiner ports without too much hassle.
And more food for thought - it's preferred to get a few remolds/repaints out of a figure to get their money's worth, while Weirdwolf and Doublecross have not been remolded (yet).
There aren't really pack-in comics for Unite Warriors, just a single image for each set drawn in the same style as the back page of the instructions. That said, it's still Sakamoto doing it and he's tried to make it all work together. An example from the galleries:william-james88 wrote:I didnt know that the unite warriors comics and legends comics were related

Though, the pic of the little Headmaster dude placed inside the missile launcher did bring back memories of Spock's "Wrath of Khan" funeral.
Also, that gaping mouth box art is so bonkers it's hilarious.
What about when the Legends versions of Gelshark and Black Convoy (Sky-Byte and Scourge) showed up in the second UW Baldigus comic following their respective Legends comics?william-james88 wrote:ScottyP wrote:There aren't really pack-in comics for Unite Warriors, just a single image for each set drawn in the same style as the back page of the instructions.william-james88 wrote:I didnt know that the unite warriors comics and legends comics were related
Who said anything about pack in comics?
*snip*
But yeah, I didnt know they were releated, since one takes place in the Legends Universe and the other is a sequel to JG1. So seeing Armada Thrust cross over is fun.
