Wouldn't that complicate things a little? I mean, if the heads are gang-molded with the bodies and vehicles, wouldn't that make switching out heads a bit more... wasteful? The Stylor mold is already shared between Chromedome and Blurr.

I do prefer that Takara Chromedome over the Hasbro especially the head. But I much prefer Hasbro's Higbbrow's head design over the goofy Takara one. I don't really care for either Mindwipe.

Mindwipe - Takara hands down.

Highbrow - hmm.. the Takara body with the Hasbro head.

Chromedome - same, I think.

Weird that only Highbrow got twin-guns. The Autobot Headmasters all had a pair of guns in the original toyline and both cartoons. Takara usually pays attention to that sort of detail.

Man, they really need to find some way to change Vorath's purple limbs to red before Wipe gets released. Those purple arms really clash with the red on the little dino accessory.

And because, well, those purple limbs aren't show-accurate.

Question though, what do you call Headmasters, the small figures that turn into heads or the larger figures as a whole?

I feel Hasbro was smart with giving a distinctive name to the small heads, calling them titan masters, so as not to confuse over that also being the name of the larger figures, which it isnt.

The "heads" of course. That's why I mentioned Hb and Takara really did give them good head impressions. Now if the background of them figures be changed( originally, Hb storyline is that man and machine are finally working together into one ala diaclone(?) as in Rebirth and the Marvel Comic) with the figures now being totally mechanical or something, then why have a head stuck on your back? Still a headmaster. Maybe Hb no longer has the TM on the term Headmaster?

Then Takara creates that Planet Master background with them, the Headmasters being at first non transforming Cybertronsbefore the transtectors, the figs are still Headmasters in my opinion which means nothing of course in the grand scheme of Primus.......

Totally disagree. Fortress looks like he stepped right out of the Headmasters cartoon.. I like him so much better than the mishmash of colors on Cerebros.

Once again thats the toon accuracy which also happens to be the same colours found on the G1 toy. That si my main pet peeve with the G1 toy so I am not fond of it here, but I understand where it comes from. Its really cool that people have options like this which isnt the case in any other toy line.
