I thought the line was called Combiner Wars, not Hunters. It's not Beast Hunters either

I have this on pre-order, hope it's a good figure! I'm still a little hesitant about this toy (the deco is fine.)

I have seen Leader Megs of both versions just sitting around at retail here in Omaha. Although I haven't been out looking the last two weeks. I think this just isn't the season for big high dollar toys around here.

Same here in Louisiana. When he first hit shelves, he was gone immediately. Now he and especially his Cross Colours self is keeping UM's seat warm.

It's the still-very-G1 chest that I don't like. And the solid orange horns.MrBlack wrote:carytheone wrote:Cobotron wrote:chuckdawg1999 wrote:Something tells me the Takara Megatron will be easier to find

It's kind of a shame, because after getting both, I actually like Armada Megs more than the G1 version. He's a more dynamic looking figure.
I know some folks have complained that his cannon isn't faithful to the original toy, but come on, the side cannon was absurd.

Why is it a shame? Because you bought them both. Nobody is hatin' on you for liking what you like.

I see. Your probably right. For me, I just can't justify both. Plus I just really like my OG Armada Megs. (although I agree with your previous statement about the side canon.)MrBlack wrote:A shame because I think he's a nice looking figure that more people aren't enjoying.
Very true.MrBlack wrote:Having a G1 Megatron as your wave and mold mate isn't exactly going to help sales.
