But... they're not going for the same thing. If someone wants a Windblade accurate to the show - or, for that matter, the comics - they're certainly not going to get the SDCC version. I get where you're coming from, but the two figures are trying to accomplish two very different things.
But I'm talking about the swords, and that if Hasbro wanted to they could've done something really nice for RID Windblade. Also, who says that Windblade isn't going to show up in season whateverthey'recallingitnow of RID in those colors?
Probably the fact this is a Generations boxset rather than an RiD one. And also that it's an SDCC exclusive which is most certainly not marketed towards children hence would make no sense to put on the show.
But on the small chance she does, that's when it'd be relevant; not now. And even then the comparison still wouldn't be apt, because if you wanted a representation of those colours, you certainly wouldn't go Takara.
