I would never sell mine since he (as Sunstorm) is an integral part of one of my Combiners... but I never looked at after market prices once I got him initially. Would you care to give a rough idea of what he sold for? .

And how does that affect the price on these? Different production run, so the limited availability of the originals is irrelevant and in poor taste to use that to jack up the price.

Except the original price was about $40 and that was 3 years ago, I think, so not really jacking anything up.
Edit: I found my order, only 2 years, but BBTS was charging $45, so no markup over original at all.

Which brings me back to: these are $45 simply because they are golden and shiny. No real reason for them to be twice the price of a regular CW deluxe. Even today.. when the originals can still be found on Ebay for 50 to 60 US.
