Exactly. There are two layers of difficulty now that Rubik's don't have. Firstly you need to know exactly what the glyphs look like, and secondly you can't go on instinct because it's not just the one flat colour on each side anymore. I don't think I could use even the simplest sequences on it without being messed up by the design.
Ah well... I think I'll just let better Rubik's players than myself review it next year first. Still would be nice just to keep on the shelf
