It's the right thread, those are part of the Age of Extinction Line.
I got some yesterday at the cinema of all places, they were 1$ each and just like you, the codes were not there. They actually apply a white sticker over the bar code and that sticker has the same type of adhesive that some price stickers do where you cant take them off easily (as a precaution over people swapping). I think companies (or stores) caught on to the fact that the bar code defeats the purpose of buying a surprise figure and thus (especially when discounted) they use this white sticker as a preventive measure.
But I didnt mind. I got 5 for 5 $cdn and my only double was Trypticon, sounds fair.

The only Decepticons we've heard about getting toys in this line are Lockdown, Galvatron, Stinger, and Junkheap.Nemesis Destron wrote:How many have been released in this line so far? And how many ? Can someone please explain this? I was at a TRU yesterday and it just hit me like a brick.

All of whom are either certainly not or possibly not Decepticons in the actual movie.

Autobots maybe sell better than Decepticons to kids.Nemesis Destron wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The only Decepticons we've heard about getting toys in this line are Lockdown, Galvatron, Stinger, and Junkheap.Nemesis Destron wrote:How many have been released in this line so far? Point but I'm talking about actual figures that have already been released. Why only Autobots so far? Sorry if I wasn't clear on that.

Construction toys are a different entity from action figure toys.Noideaforaname wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Autobots maybe sell better than Decepticons to kids.
Meanwhile, the Kre-O Microchanger waves generally have just as many --if not more-- Cons as Bots.

Oh, OHHHHH, I see what you did there. I think with the Micro changers the alternate mode is the deciding factor. Cons tend to have modes that are easier to reproduce.
