I originally wanted Thunderwing to win because he had established matrix-affinity.

But now I'm behind Primal. Not just because Beast Wars deserves more love, but because he did have an Energon Matrix in the BWII movie, meaning a win here could force western media to deal with the largely J-exclusive concept of multiple matrices, or just sow more confusion, reinforcing his inclusion in the Chaos category.
