I'm glad I didnt get Brawl yet because that one looks incredibly sweet. The translucent weapons bother me a bit, but I think I would rather have an in scale Brawl than one with black weapons. I mean, a tank should be a hell of a lot bigger than a camaro, lol.

And I agree, Blackout is the biggest decepticon and one of my movie favs, so he should get the supreme treatment.

The hands look great, I may pick him up and repaint it. But I agree, we NEED a Leader-Class Blackout

I'm all for a leader class Starscream. The voyager one doesn't do him justice, he looks so blocky in both forms.

... and he has no hands.

This Leader-class Brawl is probably the movie toy I've looked forward to the most, he looks amazing. I love the Brawl design and when I heard they were going to do a Leader-sized one, I was ecstatic!

Now I only need to start saving money, that thing is going to sink me 80$ Canadian (which because of the exchange rate, is still about 80$ American! Yay, it's not fair!)

Go to Wal-Mart, you'll save $10. $59,99 + taxes = $70. Quite expansive, but Optimus was worth it in my opinion. Now Megatron is really not...

I can't see me wanting this.

I don't like the clear or white parts, and I can't tell if he's still gonna have the same arm issues as the deluxe.

Not to say otherwise this figure doesn't alright.

But for a side character with no real part in the movie except being fodder at the end, and not realy having anything else great going for him, I can't see me spending $40+.

Maybe come clearance, if he goes real cheap, I'll get some and use them as massive assault drones, but otherwise, sorry, he's a pass.

Thats gonna make one kickass toy. But why do people call him Brawl when his name is Devastator in the film?

That was a mistake in the movie that was never corrected even after it was pointed out before its general release.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

So is that desert camo coloured version we saw at BotCon going to be released or is this the only leader class Brawl we get?

The more pics I see of this, the happier I am with my Deluxe Class.

The Clear (and obviously light up) turret tip, and shoulder guns looks odd, and the pearl white foot piece, claw, mine catcher etc kind of detract from what would otherwise be a very nice looking figure.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

Meh. Looks cool and all, but why a leader class for Brawl? He didn't have a whole lotta screen time to warrant it for me. It would make more sense to have a leader class Starscream or Blackout.

Just curious: do you guys buy movie toys based on screen time or on other factors, such as features, playability, etc? I've heard the same reason why BC isn't doing well and staying on the shelves.

I wonder if Leader Brawl doesn't do well, would Hasbro decide to make more? And how these decisions are made in the first place.

Me, no. I buy the characters that appeared in the movie(save for Wreckage). My reasoning is Dlx. Brawl and FAB Brawl(which the FAB version is for superior to the Dlx. IMHO) are enough for him.

As far as Bonecrusher; loved the toy, love his toy's bio, very disappointed with his 90 seconds of screen time in the movie. Talk about under used.

Bad as hell...he will be mine. And I like the idea of a Supreme class Blackout. We also would need a leader-class Starscream (thank you Takara!) then everything would be totally to scale!

I also am half-expecting a leader class or bigger Frenzy figure for role-playing...that's the only way you could make him even half-ways accurate. And from what I've heard, the kids loved him...
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

Hurgh, give me an Ultra sized, properly repainted Megatron with proper weapons, and I'll gladly buy him.

Until then, I'm sticking with the movie deluxes because I've gotten all the Voyagers and Leader Prime I want.

Heehee, I've already got all the movie transformers released up until now. I've been saving money for like a year for them. But now that fund has run out and I need to save up again for the next wave, which should be out around here some time soon, if it isn't already. So having a giant ass Supreme sized Blackout with leader class Starscream, Bonecrusher, and Brawl would kick so much arse it wouldn't be funny.

Here's the way I see it.

I have legends class bumblebee, jazz, barricade, and ratchet (planning for ironhide), and FAB optimus.

So then if I get a suprime sized blackout and a leader class starscream, I'd have a bunch of these toys in-scale with eachother.

Let's hope not.

Your sig rocks, TimeStop. Your own artwork?

Welcome to Seibertron! But be warned: Seibertron contains nuts!

in spite of the NiteBrite clear parts, the more I look at this guy, the more I get tempted. But the priorities are out of whack. A SUPREME, or at LEAST, a LEADER Blackout would be more fitting.

And let's not forget a LEADER Starscream as well!
