Even on the website the prices have climbed, the head replacement set which isn't available anymore is now $22 which makes it $31 after shipping.

WOW! after reading this post and hearing about crazydezy making Predaking better and which we'll have to wait and see how this will be done and reading that Predaking will be re-issued soon is totally awesome! I only got Razorclaw as a kid and he is in average condition minus his sword , but all of this a awesome news trust me. I just want Predaking for my G1 collection i'm trying to rekindle here lately, but with all this crazydevy G1 upgrade he is doing has anyone heard about re-issue for the Constructicons? I can't speak for everyone, but im sure most of us out there (including me ) dont have every Constructicon or every piece they came with due to something broken, missing, stolen or was taken for granted and never bothered with again. Myself i would love to have a re-issue of Devastator along with Predaking side by side... combiners rule!

I wish they released more photos of there products!!! If it is as good as the devastator upgrades it will definitely have to stay over. Curious..did fansproject jack there prices as well when products sold better, the only time i heard up price being jacked was tfsource when they were running low on the snowman kit, it went all the way to $100.

That wasn't Fansproject jacking up prices. It was only TFsource, and simply supply and demand on that. 500 pieces were made exclusively for TFSource. When supply was low the price was jacked up as they are the only game in town for the snowman kit.

I can't tell what's new in that pic enough to care yet. I AM intrigued though. I just got in the parts for G1 Devastator and I'm looking forward to messing around with those this weekend.

Bruticus (in this day and age) is 4 legend class vehicles and 1 deluxe. He was $86 roughly (and had NO diecast...drat...) Predaking is 5 near-voyager class figures, so I think $180-$200 is a safe bet. ($225-$250 at BBTS)

I see. That definitely makes sense, but it'll probably be out of my budget, I'm afraid. Oh well, I'd rather have a Bruticus anyway! Maybe.

I understand Predaking will be more expensive than before, but if he is going to be priced between $180-$200 and $225-$250 at BBTS, it sure as hell beats paying between $400-$900 that i've seen on ebay, amazon and toywiz just to name a few. And how can ANYONE say they would rather have Bruticus over Predaking? I mean Bruticus is cool and all, but when it comes down to the baddess combiner Predaking is the NO#1.

Haha, that's why I said 'maybe'. XD Predaking is definitely way more badass, but Bruticus means more to me. My whole collecting deal is I collect G1s and their homages, and Predaking doesn't have any homages. If they made a classics Predaking I'd be hooped.... Plus I gotta draw the line somewhere when it comes to prices, and that line seems to be MPs at $200. And those are usually only received as Christmas gifts.

Predaking might look badass on paper, but the actual toy is actually very very cutsy looking, almost like an SD parody of the character.

Yeah, he kinda does, but he's still pretty badass by G1 standards, IMO.

I don't know about the re-issue of the constructicons but BBTS still has pre-orders up for the Crazy Devy replacement head and the silver version of the hip replacements, but sold out on the hands/gun replacement but the Crazy Devy website is accepting orders for May for these.

It's been debunked: No actual proof of reissue Devastator.
