Backstory:Due to the numerous fights with the Joker, Penguin, Mr Freeze, Poison Ivy, and all the other Batman foes, the Batmobile has taken a major beating and is almost totaled. Ready to create the new Batmobile, Batman is left puzzled on what features the new Batmobile should have and what it should look like.
While watching the evening news before going out on his nightly watch, Bruce saw the headlined story of a strange occurrence in Jasper, Nevada. Being the Detective he is, Bruce got into the Batsuit and decided it was time to go investigate. Batman hopped into the Batjet and flew to Jasper to see what had actually happened.
Batman arrived to what looked like the battle field of WW3. Batman, puzzled, decided it was time to take a look around. Upon further investigation, Batman discovered what looked to be a giant robot of some kind. There seemed to be numerous of the robots all over. He even ran into some very strange looking cars that happened to have the same features as the robots. It was then Batman had an idea.
Upon arriving back in the Batcave, Batman began plans for his new Batmobile. He deducted that the robots could turn into the cars somehow. He tinkered and tinkered until his creation, using remains of the dead robots, seemed to come to life. With a push of a button, the robot turned into a car. Pleased with what he had created, he decided to use the new fully controllable car as his new Batmobile.
With a lot of further tinkering and a lot of bugs worked out, Batman was able to turn his new Batmobile into a fully operational fighting robot which responded to his commands using it's highly intelligent custom computer system. With a little paint, Batman was able to create a fighting robot with the resemblance to himself.
When in the heat of a fight with any of his many foes, if Batman should be in a pinch, Batman can (with a push of a button on his utility belt and voice commands in his cowl) "transform" his Batmobile into what he calls the Batcon to come rescue or save his life. Gotham's most notorious villains should prepare for the fight of their lives when all of a sudden a giant robot Batcon should appear and fight side by side with the Dark Knight.Back in January I started a Batcon custom but never finished him for some reason. Well I am glad to announce that he is becoming more done now. I actually just restarted the project with a whole new Vehicon.
Finally finished!!!!Batcon was airbrushed testors flat black and spray painted Krylon Brilliant Metallic silver. Yellow was hand brushed and a Batlogo was applied. Batcon is sporting a black cape (that is permanent and folds up in the car mode), a grappling gun made with a real fishing hook, and a custom made Batarang.

Getting ready to throw a Batarang!!
Fear the Batcon!!!
Batcon getting ready to grapple to the top of a building...has to be a tall one he's the size of normal sized buildings haha
Comparison Shot of Batcon (left) and Vehicon (right)
The all new 2013 Batmobile...sleak and stealthy...wouldn't want batman to be given away while driving in the shadows.
note the fact that the cape was NOT removed and is actually folded up inside the car.You know...in case the batmobile needs to grapple something.
Back view...who needs break lights and turn signals when you're Batman!?!

Comparison between Batmobile (left) and Vehicon (right)...much more stealthy!
The Customizing ProcessCustom made Batarang for Batcon. Cut up an old plastic cd case, sanded it up, and painted it. Modeled it after one of the many Batman the Animated Series Batarangs
I took Krylon Brilliant Metallic Silver to the silver parts and airbrushed Testors Flat Black to the black parts. Batcon is modeled after "Batman the Animated Series" Batman.
After waiting for paint to dry and clear coating here's a sneak peak
Waiting on the chest currently to dry (stupid last thing left keeping me from putting it together )
Like I said I was restarting the project so I already had parts done before. Here is his accessory: The Grappling gun. Made from Vehicons gun and a real fish hook (which is sharp)
I also decided to make him a cape. The cape is made of fabric and is actually a permanent cape as it stays on and the figure can still transform!
