And this isn't some special order only online for adults, if anyone thinks that. The candy store at the mall sells similar candy cigarettes. No they aren't as widely available as in the 80's, when you could get them at any 7-11 or whatever, but the fact they still sell them anywhere on the up and up is enough to show it's not the US gov't keeping this Japanese toy away from US importers.
If PM didn't have lawyers up the wazoo, they couldn't keep this import from being sold. They have no actual leg to stand on, just fear of expensive legal battles that would break the tiny retailers even if the retailer won in court (and they would). This is why people hate lawyers (well one reason.)
