I like everything I see here. I hope their price is at least slightly lower than TFC's Hercules. I hope they also do more mini bots. I would love to see their version of Huffer.

I'd like that too. Gears needs some love as well. You know what I want more than that? Wheelie. I've grown to like the design and character over the past couple years. I think it'd be really fun to have him with Classics or MP Grimlock to reenact movie stuff with.
:BOT:

Dude, I can't believe I forgot about Wheelie! He would be a definite add to my list too......

could it not be possible that this is just some sort of re-branding for TFC's Deva?

chinese companies have been known to market products under different brands for various reasons...

That was kind of...rude.

Especially considering he's right. iGear has hosted other manufacturer's and designer's products.

Fans Project took up the Superion kit from another developer...

Yeah, I suppose it was a bit. :D I wasn't suggesting nrdi551 was wrong about maunfacturers collaborating, but do you seriously think that MakeToy's Devastator is infact TFClub's Hercules?

It just bothers me when I see a first-time poster leaving a comment that tries to re-invent the wheel. My bullsh!t detector starts to 'bleep'.

I seriously doubt that Giant is another Hercules. If You compare left forearm on giant to Exgraver's limb mode, you can tell that they're very different.

As for everything else, I like everything here except for Not-Powerglide's gunmetal grey and the screw in his forehead. I HAVE to have that trailer, especially if it's the same size as Protector. =P~

As for the new Giant conteversary, I know it might be a bad idea for a "first-time poster" to point this out, But I'm kinda woried that Giant is going to be another ROTF devy, what with missing a few modes here and there. Plus, these MAKETOY guys seem to be sticking to smaller toys, and if Giant is the opposite of what his name suggests, I won't even consider him, no matter what his price is.

I am very excited that 3rd parties are taking a stab at the minicons, but I am not overly estatic with the end results. Perhaps after seeing RTS Windcharger and Jizaitoys Powerglide http://jizaitoys.seesaa.net/article/102900787.html - I am expecting Minibots to "do" more.

I agree. Since TFC's version seems to be out of scale with Crossfire01/02, I'd love for this Devy to be in scale with them.

Now that i've gone back and taken a closer look at the G2 prime trailer, I'm starting to think Fansproject is doing more than sponser these guys. Just take a look at the teaser pics of the trailer and compare them to the old teaser pics of Protector and you'll see what I mean. :-?

it's ok men.. no harm done. although i will point out that i'm quite familiar with how toys are made in china. my business is on another line of toys but i'm a HUGE transformers fan.

and i also kinda guessed that my statements would be a bit controversial, considering as it was pointed out, that i'm new here. that was my first post but i've been on seibetron.com for about 2 years (i think).

but no harm done. i respect everyone's opinions here.

my post came from the fact that i know some chinese companies that used other companies to get into japan. the japanese gov't protects their local industry like no other government in the world. this is one of the reasons why Has/Tak has no big incentive to produce really good toys for japan. they got a monopoly on the entire japanese market (3rd biggest in the world).

but there are loopholes in japanese law. so i was offering an opinion that it could be the case in this instance.
