Hello fellow Seibertronians! Thought you got your weekly dose of Transformers comics with the release of Bumblebee #3 and Last Stand of the Wreckers #2? Well you thought wrong, as IDW has uploaded their latest solicitations to their website. They're for the month of May, and if you thought you'd be busy that month making your mother the happiest one on Earth, you've also thought wrong!

May 2010 looks to be jam packed with explosions, high flying action, and our favourite Transformers. We've got the continuation of Transformers, Nefarious, and Last Stand of the Wreckers. There's the start of the new Ironhide mini-series, and an issue simply labelled 'Transformers: Best of Optimus Prime'. They all sound exciting, so check out the covers, information and spoilers below!

I am really sick and I hate IRONHIDE. There are other Transformers that you do not hear about any more. Example Grapple, Windcharger, Reflector, Skylynx etc just to name a few. Prime and megatron looking good but NO more Ironhide. I was glad they killed him in the cartoon and I hope Bay Kills him off in the next movie.

I hope my eyes aren't deceiving me and that is actually Megatron with a black helmet. As for the Ironhide I think it should be worth it. :grin:

I don't mind more Ironhide. He was always one of my favorite characters in the cartoon and the comic series, and I was deeply saddened to see him killed in the first issue of the ongoing series.

I suspect, much like the reason's we're getting SL: Prowl, that's the reason why we're getting this. Yet another example of IDW's "A-C-B" philosophy of storytelling.

So, they're doing a sort of "Tarantino style" out of sequence story? :lol:
