I am getting Bumblebee, Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus for sure. Nice photo of WJ !

And if the Optimus Prime Pen doesn't cost too much Japanese Pesos, I am getting that as well.

magnus, bumblebee and wheeljack will definitely e mine. WJ was the one that got be back on the mp bandwagon. Hope there's another run of soundwaves. I was hoping that the Magnus' cab would be a full OP ot but I guess that would've driven the price up...

THe bum flap needs fixing. Also, there's no reason for the post on the top of his gun.

I might look at star saber too even though I have no connection with the japanese series post super god masterforce

All three MPs look amazing and I can hardly wait!

For my Ultra Magnus I will position the tail panel like this if possible:

Kind of surprised it doesn't fold up like this:

assumption or educated guess, whatever you wish to call it. As a kid I had UM and that post on the top of the gun was there so that you can flip it over and allow the white optimus prime toy to use it too.

When was the last time you saw such a post on a masterpiece gun? It's there just to ape the original G1 toy. Think KFC's third party version is a bit better. It just irks me that it's just there with no real purpose, at least they could streamline it into a more normal looking gun grip.

Looks like they've made some minor changes on how StarSaber transform (Jet's bot mode shins now turn 90degrees instead of a simple extension). Looking good =P~

Yeah, about that: those are just repaint proposals people can vote on. You can find more info a few threads down, but the Omnibots seem to be high on the list. I know they are on mine.

Just noticed the Astrotrain repaint has an autobot symbol as a train, but Decepticon insignia as a shuttle. New character or old?

Actually, in an unofficial poll done just for fun that I've taken part in, the highest ones are currently Goshooter, Alpha Trion, and Metals Silverbolt, with zero votes for any of the Omnibots since there can only be one winner and everyone who wants the Omnibots only wants them as a group rather than individually.

It's Shouki, leader of the Trainbots from Transformers: The Headmasters.

The reason for the :CON: symbol in ship mode is due to the ship mode being disguised as the Decepticon starship Thunder Arrow from Transformers: Victory. His Targetmaster partner is Daniel, wearing an exosuit colored to look like the Thunder Arrow's pilot (which was released in Japan as an unaltered Micromaster Skystalker figure)

Homaging Skystalker?......WANT!!!! :KREMZEEK:

Now, given Wheeljack has met with some criticism over the less 'toon accurate colours. do you think people will dislike Magnus, given he will have a lot of white from the cab visible?

My biggest concern with him still is how flimsy his mid section is, since it's made of a lot of panels folded next to each other. There isn't much substance in that area :-?

Will he?

From the looks of these images it seems as though the cab might turn almost completely inside-out for the transformation, possibly in order to hide the white of the cab and expose more reds and blues hidden inside the cab's interior for the robot mode torso.

From the detail you can see, I'm guessing he'll look something like this;

The back certainly folds inside out to the red detail from the cartoon, but non of this is hidden from the front.
