Huh, looks like they changed the title on that comic cover since it used to say this:

Then again, they were fine with having Megatron say "dude" in the Grand Scourge comic.Wolfman Jake wrote:I'm guessing some copy writer noticed how Engrish-tastic "Decepticon Slaughter Soldiers" is?

Which is really weird. I don't know why they did it, they just did it
Emerje wrote:Translation isn't quite as good as they usually are in these. Interesting that they chose to stick him in the Adventures universe with Lockdown, killing poor Override. And then to cross into Cloud showing Starscream and Shockwave, followed by IDW universe Starscream and Sky-Byte, and finally Transformers Go! with Go Prime only to face Grand Scourge who's also skipping universes killing Primes. Crazy stuff! Now I'm really glad I picked up Scourge and Deadlock.

Not quite: as Cloud uses FoC and other repurposed designs for the local denisens of Cloud World, they're more likely Cloud Starscream and Hellwarp. The coloring make it really hard to tell.

These images show off the comic that comes with Deadlock, and it tells the story of Deadlock in another dimension who watches as the closest thing he has to a friend, Lockdown, is struck down by Grand Scourge and he vows to follow him and take him down in vengeance. The comic brings together elements of the Grand Scourge comic, the Transformers: Cloud comics as well as some Transformers: Go! She corrected herself to say Thundercracker instead of Starscream. That jet is blue and the shark is purple.Emerje wrote:JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Emerje wrote:Translation isn't quite as good as they usually are in these. Cloud Starscream is already on the right (using the Doubledealer mold) with Cloud Shockwave (using the Whirl mold). That's definitely the FOC Generation Starscream design which he used during Sky-Byte's comic debut. There's a scene later where they fly off together.
