Transformers comic colourist Josh Burcham has posted the never-before-seen cover for the third issue in the new "Reign of Starscream" comic book mini-series. The series follows the events of the 2007 Transformers Movie and is set to hit stores this April.

The series is said to include some new characters as well as develop on the already existing characters of the new Transformers Movie continuity. This new cover, with line art by James Raiz, confirms that Arcee, who made a prior appearance in the prequel series before being cut from the film, will return.

I wonder if this means Arcee will be in TF2, after all, they did say one character from this would be. I don't mind if she is, but i could think of better choices.

I take back all the bad things I ever said about James Raiz's art. Seriously, I've never seen an artist get so good at drawing TFs so fast! I used to really not like his art at first, but he's really improved alot - his stuff is absolutely brilliant now! Josh's colours are breathtaking, as usual.

And if this points towards Arcee in TF2, then hellz yeah, I'm all for it.

Biker chicks rule, and so does this cover!

Awesome cover, but I hope this means Arcee won't be in the sequel. I just think the movie can do without the "Why are there girl-formers?" debate. So unless the writers have a good reason, I'd like to see a more prominent character like Hound or Mirage show up.

Optimus Prime is beautiful, can't say that about Arcee. They just totally need to do something about that head.

That art is wonderful. Too bad not even the greatest artist ever could make Arcee look decent. She's always gonna be grotesque and a TF-travasty. Arcee is FULL of fail!

I think the cover is fantastic and Arcee is sweet as hell! The only thing they should change on her though is her head it does'nt do the rest of her justice. I think Prime is kickass and Arcee also just not her head and may be tweak the face a little but overall i think it's amazing and the introduction of female Tfs is pretty freakin cool! They can do it and do it good. They've done it already in the cartoon series and in comics. Thunderblast to me is how a fembot should look or even the ones in the G1 episode Search for Alpha Trion.
