Something I noticed - his chest bits with the red kind of remind me of Unicron's 'six-pack'.

I will never understand why some fans are so obssessed with who does whose voice in the movie. I can understand Cullen because Prime is the big hero of the franchise, but with the right computer-manipulation, anybody can sound like Soundwave, what's the point of keeping Welker? You couldn't even tell it was him in the original series anyway...
I agree. Oh well, the fans have demanded him...

The thing with that is that it is titled Shockwave. It also kind of reminds me of an enlarged G1 Starscream head and looks kind of Ancient, kind of like a First 13 styling (which is not saying I reckon he's definitely Vector Prime - I'm saying he does not look much like Soundwave at all).
Okay, I'm gonna put my money where my mouth is (I actually have some money left?) and say I think it's The Fallen. I don't care about the German title either. That only changes it slightly. Just because it translates to The Return, it still could mean anything. I'm saying they've used Vector Prime's vehicle look and sort of said that it's an ancient styling since they're both from the First 13 (and obviously there weren't many vehicles back THEN) and made The Fallen. I just think that head looks ancient and menacing and the robot mode is clearly not Vector Prime (too menacing and evil-looking) but it just does not scream Soundwave to me.
