Hey, my first post and I'd figure I'd upload and share this piece from CNN this morning.

As the descrip says, his name was mentioned in a previous segment, but after that, they just showed the toy with no more mention ;(

Most likely they were talking about the "Buffalo" armored vehicle that is designed to protect our troops in Iraq and referenced its recent role in the movie as Bonecrusher.

You know tomorrow I am front paging the interview with Calvin Johnson of the Detroit Lions where he is compared to Megatron in size and stature, and thus, has been given a new nickname, Calvin 'Megatron' Johnson!

As you can see Robin the 20 foot articulated arm is effective, but if the IED has more than a 20 foot range, it will transform into an ass kickin robot on roller skates which will destroy the IEDs rather quickly and then will skate into the insurgents hiding places and make them crap their sandals.....Operation Bonecrusher in full effect!!! Back to you Robin.

2) Where the hell did they pick up a Deluxe figure...little alone Bonecrusher?? LOL I havent seen him in weeks!! SOOOooo did they have that story planned weeks ago and sent some intern to go pick one up??

I invision this.... Some big whig reporter is in the office and he's upset, " Dammit!! They want me to do this piece on land mines in Iraq and our guys not having the right equipment."

Collegue: " Just do a graphic man."

Reporter: " We dont have time!! This story is due tomorrow."

The lowly intern overhears this exchange. He thinks of the perfect solution... BONECRUSHER!! He thinks to himself, I have it displayed in my cubicle, and he smiles at the thought that the reporter is an unwilling dupe. So he grabs the Transfomer and presents it to the reporter as a "model," all the while he is smiling inside feeling triumphant for ALL Transformers fans... LOL.

I wouldnt be surprised if the intern posts on here

That's neat-o. My hubby's seen these babies in action in Iraq. Good thing, too, cause he ran over a few of the smaller IEDs, and these things prevent the bigger ones. The Buffalo saves lives...but Bonecrusher uses his arm to just move cars that are in his way....

Just to clarify a bit, Mr. Lui did say, "This is Bonecrusher, a Transformer" in the first segment, but the show repeats the same news every half hour between 6AM-10AM and from what I saw, that was the only time (6:00AM-6:30AM segment) he called it any more than just a model :/

Hey....maybe we should be opened minded about this? Maybe Bonecrusher is just misunderstood? There could've been mines in those cars and that bus

Maybe, he isnt evil afterall, he's just a little over zealous or malfunctioning. Either way, Prime still did a little "Off with his head!!" action on him LOL

I like the way the guy called it a model and not a toy. See, Transformers are useful in everyday life as well.
