the TMNT revoltech look so cool, i have their Starscream figure and its very neat and poseable. i've been building a small Michelangelo collection as he's always been my fave so i definitely wouldnt mind that one in there....though thats a lil pricey for a 6inch figure. i lucked out with Starscream and found him for 30 a while ago.

What concerns me is that Transformers may start traveling down the path of manufactured collectables with artificially inflated prices like Beanie Babies or 1990's comics, and before long we have a flood of exclusives that don't sell, and then the product becomes unprofitable and then obsolete. I think often the decision to release "exclusive" products has less to do with customer demand, and more to do with executives looking to cash in quick then bail before the ship sinks, with no concern towards the longevity of the company or their customers.

Sweet...Screw the SDCC 2014 Dino Set and I'm canceling my preorder for the G1 exclusive Slog from Amazon.

I'll gladly let BBTS take my money for their Dinobots Platinum set...I'd go as high as $225. I hope it is not more than that. At least I think Hasbro will produce more for BBTS than were produced for SDCC.

Way to go BBTS...hope you recover what was lost on the Transformers Prime Dark Energon figs from last year. These exclusives are much better.
