Summary: At Quantum Laboratories, Megatron reprograms supercomputer Torq III to do his bidding. One group of Autobots heads to the lab while Hound, Jetfire, and Spike investigate fleets of oil tankers congregating in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Will Torq III succeed?
